The calorie and macro figures are general educational estimates produced by a formula from the answers you gave. They are not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, they are not personalised clinical guidance, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat or train, and especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking medication, or have any history of disordered eating.

Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease. If you feel unwell, seek medical help rather than relying on anything produced by this quiz.

Results differ from person to person, and depend on factors outside our control. We do not promise any particular outcome, any rate of progress, or any specific change in weight or body composition.

Anything we publish from clients describes their own experience. It is not a promise of what will happen for you, and it is not typical by default.

The plan is generated automatically from what you entered. If those answers are approximate, so is the result. Nobody reviews your figures individually before you see them.

We may change or improve the calculation at any time, so the same answers may not always produce the same numbers.

The consultation is a conversation about your situation and how we might help. It is free and there is no obligation to buy anything.

We may discuss our coaching programmes on that call. Any programme you go on to buy is covered by a separate agreement, with its own terms, pricing and refund position, which you will receive before you commit to anything. Those terms, not these, govern that purchase.

Please give us notice if you need to cancel or move a booked call, so we can offer the slot to someone else.

The quiz and the plan are for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Please give accurate information. A plan built on inaccurate answers may be unsuitable for you.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access it by automated means, or resell or redistribute what it produces.

This service is for adults aged 18 or over.

The quiz, the plan format, the site and its content belong to Breakthrubody Limited or its licensors. You may keep and use your own plan; you may not republish our material as your own.

The quiz and plan are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the quiz or the plan.

You are responsible for deciding whether the plan is appropriate for you, and for getting professional advice where that matters.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute.
