Breakthrough Body Blueprint

Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

Breakthrubody Limited (company number 711169607) operates Breakthrough Body Blueprint. This policy covers the personal data we collect through the macro quiz, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

Quiz answers. Your goal, biological sex, age range, height, current and target weight, activity level, diet, meals per day, timeframe, main obstacle, motivation, occupation, the kind of support you want, and what you told us is realistic to invest. These are what the calorie and macro calculation runs on.

Anything you type into the free-text box. That question invites injuries, allergies and food dislikes, and people often include health conditions. Please share only what you are comfortable with; nothing in that box is required.

Your name and email address, if you give them. You can decline and still see your plan.

Booking details, if you book a call. The calendar is operated by our scheduling provider and collects your name, email and usually a phone number directly. We do not ask for a phone number anywhere else.

Technical and marketing data. Marketing attribution parameters (UTM tags) from the link you arrived on, and, if you accept analytics cookies, usage data about how you moved through the funnel.

Health information, and why we treat it differently

Some of what the quiz asks (your weight, your body composition goal, and anything you volunteer about injuries or medical conditions) is health data. Canadian privacy law treats health information as sensitive, which means we need your express consent for it and must hold it to a higher standard of care. If you are in the UK or EU, it is also special category data under GDPR.

We rely on your express consent to process it, given when you choose to answer those questions and continue. We use it for one purpose: to calculate your estimated targets and, if you ask us to, to have an informed conversation with you about coaching.

We do not use health information for advertising, and we do not build advertising audiences from it.

You can withdraw this consent at any time, and ask us to delete the answers. See Your rights below.

When your details reach our systems

Please read this one carefully, because it is not what most forms do. If you complete the name and email fields, your details and your quiz answers are saved to our CRM at that moment, before you press the button. This is so we can follow up if you get interrupted part way through.

A record saved this way is marked as incomplete and is not added to any marketing email sequence. We do not email you on the strength of it.

Marketing emails start only if you press the submit button, which is the point at which you consent. If you would rather we did not keep an incomplete record, email us and we will delete it.

How we use it

To calculate your plan and show it to you.

To email you a copy of that plan, if you gave us your email.

To contact you about a free consultation and about coaching, where you have consented. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

To arrange and hold a call, if you book one.

To understand how the funnel performs in aggregate, and to keep it secure and working.

Consent, and our legal bases

Under Canadian law we rely on your consent. You gave express consent to be contacted by submitting the form beneath a notice saying so, and we keep a record of when and how that was given. Health information is handled on express consent, as described above.

Canada's anti-spam law also applies to our marketing emails. Every one carries a working unsubscribe link and identifies who sent it, and we act on unsubscribes promptly.

If you are in the UK or EU, we additionally rely on: consent for marketing and health data; legitimate interests for running and securing the site, for aggregate analytics, and for keeping a record of someone who began the form so we can follow up on a genuine enquiry; and performance of a contract where you have asked us to deliver something.

You can withdraw consent at any time. It does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand.

Who we share it with

GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our CRM, scheduling and email platform. Your contact record, quiz answers and bookings are stored there.

Resend, which delivers the plan email.

Vercel, which hosts the quiz.

PostHog, our analytics provider, only if you accept analytics cookies. It records which pages you visit and how you move through them, including session recordings of the page. Anything you type into a form field is masked in those recordings. If you give us your email, it is attached to that usage data so we can see which steps led to your enquiry.

These providers act on our instructions. Several are based in the United States, which means your information is stored and processed outside Canada and is subject to the laws of that country, including lawful access requests by its courts and authorities. We use providers that commit to protecting it to a comparable standard, and where UK or EU transfer rules apply we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

How long we keep it

Contact records and quiz answers are kept while you are an active enquiry or client, and for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Records of consent are kept for as long as we rely on that consent, and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can show it was given.

Incomplete records, of the kind described above, are deleted sooner if you ask.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.

We answer these requests within the time the law allows, normally 30 days, and we do not charge for them.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will try to put it right. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or, if you are in the UK or EU, to your own data protection regulator.

Questions, or want to exercise any of these rights? Email support@darrenliuhealth.com.

Cookies and local storage

The quiz saves your answers in your browser so you can refresh or go back without losing progress. That storage is essential to the quiz working and stays on your device.

Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. Declining does not affect the quiz or your plan.

Children

This service is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
